2. Custom-Built PCs and Accessories

2.1. Custom PC Builds

  • Refunds or returns for custom-built PCs are only accepted if there is a hardware defect or configuration error caused by Simplifion.
  • No refunds are provided for customization or consultation fees.
  • If a defect is identified, Simplifion will repair or replace the faulty components as per the manufacturer’s warranty.

2.2. Accessories and Components

  • Items such as peripherals, hardware components, and accessories may only be returned if they are unopened and in resalable condition.
  • Opened products are subject to inspection and may qualify for partial refunds or exchanges, depending on their condition.

3. Software and Digital Products

  • Software licenses, digital products, and subscription-based services are non-refundable unless they are found to be defective or not as described.
  • Refunds for software are subject to the terms of the software manufacturer.

4. Programming Courses and Training

4.1. Refunds for Training Programs

  • Refunds for programming courses are only available if requested within 7 days of enrollment and before accessing more than 20% of the course content.
  • No refunds will be issued after course completion or certification.

4.2. Course Transfers

  • Course fees can be transferred to another course or participant upon request, provided the original course has not been accessed significantly.

5. Warranty and Repairs

  • Simplifion honors manufacturer warranties for hardware and components. Any warranty claims will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer’s policies.
  • For items under warranty, Simplifion offers assistance in facilitating repairs or replacements but is not directly responsible for delays caused by manufacturers.

6. Process for Refunds and Returns
